Routine quality control tests are carried to check the quality of steel, 100% air leakage tests etc..

Testing and Quality Control

A fully equipped laboratory with modern testing facilities is in place. Routine quality control tests are carried to check the quality of steel, 100% air leakage tests are done online, drop tests, Hydrostatic pressure tests, Hydraulic pressure tests and Pneumatic pressure tests are all done to ensure zero-defect products. Tests for quality of paint, baking, adhesion, screen printing quality etc. are also carried out. Drums are tested to stringent quality norms in comparison to BIS standards.
